- A black and white photograph taken in the interior of St. Thomas Anglican Church. Mrs. Lade is seated at a Hammond Organ. Several church pews can be seen.
- Notes
- St. Thomas Anglican Church building was located at 101 Winchester Road East. It was built in 1869 on the south east corner of Anderson Street and Winchester Road. This church was designed by Toronto architect Henry Langley. This picture was taken at the time Rev. Derwyn T. Owen, Archbishop of Toronto, dedicated a number of memorials in the church on September 24, 1939.
- Inscriptions
- The back of the picture is inscribed: "Presented to Mrs. Harry Lade on memorial Service at St. Thomas' Church, Sept. 1939. At the consol of Hammond Organ for the Dedication, Yours Truly, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Browne."
