- Notes
- The Myrtle Methodist Church was built in 1857 on the east side of Highway 12, a short distance south of the 9th Concession of Whitby Township. In June 1908, the church building was moved to Myrtle Station where it was made into a garage. The building was demolished in 1980. In this photograph the church is standing on blocks in the middle of Highway 12. Daniel Parrott was the contractor hired to move the church building.
