Description

Standing to the left of the photograph are Louie Cassady (as a young child) wearing a wide brimmed hat holding hands with his mother who is wearing a blouse and long skirt. A dog can be seen at the left of the photograph beside Louie Cassady's mother.
Notes
This picture shows Ashburn Road looking north into the village. The brick building at center is the Wilson House Hotel on the north-east corner of Ashburn Road and the 9th Concession of Whitby Township. Wagon wheels can be seen outside some of the stores. The trees in this photograph have no leaves.
