- A black and white photograph of the Gerrie and Yule Blocks. The Gerrie Block is to the left and the Yule Block is to the right of the image. Together they form one building. A street lamp can be seen as well as a cart/wagon at the side of the road. There are people standing underneath a canopy which covers the sidewalk.
- Notes
- This building was located at 100-108 Brock Street North. The Gerrie and Yule Block was built for James H. Gerrie, druggist and George Yule, telegraph office were constructed in 1873. The store on Dundas Street at left is the grocery store of Gibson and Sparvell. The Ontario Block is further to the right of the image and was built in 1871.
