- A black and white print of Hamilton and Roberts Store.
- Notes
- Lowes and Powell Store was located on Brock Street South in a three storey brick building (located on the east side of Brock Street, midway between Dundas and Colborne Streets). Built in 1858, the building was known as Till's Block. It burned to the ground in the great fire of October 16, 1877. Hamilton and Roberts were grocers and dry goods merchants that later became known as Hamilton & Co.
