BUS SERVICE IN THE TOWN 0F WHITBY The Whitby Transit lost a few passengers in the month of November. October's loss was $860.19 per day and Novem- ber loss increased to $862.95 per day. If the system was ever to increase ridership, November should have been the mon- th. December will likely produce an ever greater loss, as most 0f the riders (schoolchildren) will have at least three weeks away from classes. Somewhere there has to be an an- swer to the 10w ridership on the transit. The people seem to be telling our Town Fathers something.
