The show la a fimdraiser, after the- theft of eound equipment in a break-in at the theatro in the Centennial Building Sept. 14. The. equipment was valued at about $3,600. Insurance held by the theatre did flot cover the loas, and the theatre group wfil b. using its financial reserves to get more equipment. Whitby Courthouse Theatre for three yearsl,. asuiating with makeup, hair, prope and bcenexy - anything to gain experience in the p.rforming arts industry. Sh. completed the Canadian Opera Company wig and makeup training program in 1992, and her supervisor found her to be an excellent wig stylist, having been a hairdresser for many years.
