Town councii's operations com- mittee Monday once again defer- red a decision on the proposod 1994 budget for the Downtown Business Improvemont Area (DBIA). Due to ernergency surgery ear- lier that day, DBIA management board chair Sean Hogue was unable to attend the meeting.
