At approximately 12:.40 a.m., the victim was waiking eastbound on the north sidewalk of Bruce Street approaching Drew Street when she realized someone was followinu ber. The suspect then triod te remove the victim's clothing but, at this time, an unknown metoriet drove by and did a U-turn, shining bis beadlights at the crime scene. The suspect jumped up and ran north, bebind two houses. 'The victim ran te the car and was drivon te a friend's house by the 'go samaritan,' who was described as an Oriental maie in bis forties. The suspect la doscribed as maie, white, aged late twenties/early thirties, 64Lt 8-ns. te 5-ft. 10-mns., with a medium build. The suspect's medium-brown haïr was bushy and wavy, and long te the bottom of bis neck; bis eyes were reddish brown; and he had a medium-thickness, brown moustache. The suspect wore a brown, vinyl, bomber-style jacket with a band around the bottoni, dark-coloured blue jeans and dark blue running shoes.
