It is important that the Hospital's. strategic plan be consistent with the needs of this rapidlyý growing conmunty hil a the same imÎe being consistent with the provincial health care reform agenda and fmancial lmttos The purpose of the strategic pangprcess is to: * Develop a strategic plan forthe Hospital tht will outline its future direction with respect to the programs and. services it will provide to meet the health care needs ýof the commnunity within the context of regional services and Ministry of Health directions; * Ensure that the Hospital's programs and services are high quality and are provided as effectively and efficiently as possible. The developmnent of a strategic plan requires active participation from the -Hospital's commnunity. The Board of the Hospital- is extremely interested in- knowigyurvews. Specifically, the Board would like your responses to the questions 'below. The Hospital has hired the health care consulting firm of 'Agnew Peckham to assist with its planning process.
