Edwards said he succeeded in getting a motion passed at regional council to keep the regional headquarters in Whitby. le said residents should ask themselves «which individual do I want te represent my com- munity.» Emm said the preservation of heritage buildings will help keep the small tewn atmosphere in Whitby. «The challenge is to maintain these things that make Whitby special' he said.
