Paul Cotton, owner of the Whitby Steel Hawks, bas investi- gated acquiring ice time in Ajax and Pickering for goups which must be disÈl e rom Iroquois Park in order to accommodate the lacrosse team. Cotton said Ajax officiais have confirmed that ice time will be available in the Ajax Community Centre in the new year. Cotton is prepared to purchase the spots and offer it to niinor sports groups now using Iroquois «It looks like the (Ajax) junior C teai won't get by the end of January. I can buy up every Tuesday night for t he next two months and make it available,» said Cotton.
