Paul Pagnualo, presidant of the Torbnto-Peterboôrough-Have- lock Lina Passenger Association, was extremely critical of the naw bus service annaunced Monday by Ontario Transportation Mfinister Ed Philip. Pagnualo termed Philip's announcement "somewhat deceit- fuI and bordaring on fraudulentn in liglut of a provincial alection commitment made by- Premier Bob Rae.
