Art Robinson was served with summons Friday to appar1 court over his fiure to remove the ferry boat Prince Edward Island from the harbor. Robinson was gi*ven formai notice by the Town last month to move the boat and ince he had flot cornplied, the court summons was issued, said Town adminis- trator Bill Wallace. According to Wallace, Robin- son has been charged under the Trespass Act and other statutes.
