Over the past few months a quantity of specialalurninum aircraft parts have been stolen from the plant and the value has now reached $50,000. These parts are readily identifiable and are described as: 34 aluminum, drag strut upper nose gear forgings, each weighing about 20 lbs.; 33 aluminum drag strut lower nose gear forging, each weighing about 4 lbs.; several main fitting forgings, each weighing about 120 lbs., and other assorted forgings. Ail of these items were stamped with part numbers. Some of them were ink-stamped with WVebber Metals" as were the cardboard boxes i which they were packed. Have you any idea who stole these items? Have you seen any of these parts or the boxes stamped Webber Metals? Have you heard who might have stolen them? We are looking for any information which you think may help us. The planning and approval of the proposed berm is subject to the provincial Environmental Assessment Act.
