Regulation play saw a tight defensive battle. Arlene Stratton and Lyndsay Keys led the Whitby defence in front of goalie indy Holmes who was outstand- ing as was ber counterpart in tbe Pickering net who continuabby stopped Whitby sniper Robyn Healey.
