Durham police seek Oakridges driver On Wednesday, June 14 at about 11:15 a.m. a fatal motor vehicle collision occurred on Regional Rd. 23, about 1 km north of the l3th concession of Scugog. Margaret Best was driving southbound with her two sons, Kevin, 4, Colin, 3, when a vehicle travelling northbound crossed to her side of the roadway and bit ber vebicle head-on. As the resuit of this collision, ail three were taken te, Port Perry Hospital. The two children were transferred to Sick Children's Hospital in Toronto. Kevin died on June 16. The driver of the other vehicle bas now been identified as Kenneth Arthur Hudson, 23 Wildwood Avenue, Oakridges, Ontario. Warrants have been issued for him for one count of criminal negligence causing death and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
