The subdivision is proposed by Arvida Development Corp. which bought the property from Mater's Management Ltd. in October, 1988. The subdivision will have 154 50-ft. lots, 244 40-ft. lots and 166 30-ft. lots. West ward councillor Dennis Fox said the park of 2.8 hectares was too small and he asked that a "garbage budget" be included in further subdivision plans in the event Town staff have to pick up litter.
