Video roadshow, to be reschediiled The CFNY Video Roadshow, which was canceled at Iroquois Park June 24 when equipment 'lew up" during set-up, will be rescheduled but not until Sep- tomber at the earliest. Many who had purchased $7 tickets for the event were left wondering whether the roadshow would be rescheduled or if they could obtain their nioney back. Dianne Birchniore, an Iroquois Park employee, says -ber office bas been "inundated with calîs" about the event and money refunds. However, sho says the office was only a ticket agent for the event and that CFNY bas al ticket nionoy. "They (CFNY) say ifs going to be rescheduled," says Birchmore, adding that sho learned the roadshow won'lt be back until after August. Tickets purchased for the Juno 24 show will be honored on the future date. Damage was apparently about $7,000 from tho breakdown during equipment set-up for the June 24 show. Birchrnore and CFNY say future information about the rescheduled roadshow for Whitby will be available on the radio station (102.1 FM).
