Bengal's goalie, Daren Williams, was outstanding, making stop after stop to frus- trate the Warriors. Warriors now have four games remaining before playoffs begin. They will play St. Catharines and Peterborough and will twice play Mississauga. Eyre says the Warriors will play St. Catharines in the first round of the playoffs, with the on- ly question still to be answered - who wiIl have home field advantage? Warriors are currently three points behind St. Catharines. Eyre expects the four players in Australia to be back in time for the first playoff game on July 22. Eyre has started talking to his players about meeting St. Catharines in the first round. "We have also started talkcing about Peterborough as a way of keeping the guysconfident," said Eyre. Warriors7 next game is against Mississauga tonight (Wednesday) at Iroquois Park. Free Press photo Another close win Blane Harrison's second goal of' the game with a minute left gave the Brooklin Redmen a slim 15- 14,win over Owen Sound Sunday night. Redmen were trailing 11-10 after the second period but scored five goals to seal the victory and remain unbeaten. Gil Nieuwendyk had five goals for the Redmen with Derek Keenan, Harrison and Doug Deschner adding two each. Singles went to Barry Brear, Terry Bullen, John Dark and Dale Kernoôlian. The Redmen had an easier time last Tuesaday night, defeating Orangeville 19-8.
