Stacey managed a 15-14 win in the first game, as M-,-se scored nine runs in the seventh inning to make the game close. Gord Denyer and Larry Batherson each k had three hits, Batherson and Randy Denyer each driving in three iruns. Stacey scored in every inning in the second game to win easily 23-5. Bob Cook went to the plate four times, smashing three home runs and hitting a sacrifice fly te count seven runs-batted-in -for the contest.
