Michael John Humphries, 38, of Nipigon Ave., was sentenced in Peterborough by Judge John Kerr last week. Humphries had been convicted of dangerous driving causing death and failing to remain at the scene of an accident in Whitby district court in March. Judge Kerr sentenced Huxnp- hies t o two and a haif years on the dangerous driving charge and one year on the charge of failing to remain. Humphries will serve the sentences consecutïvely.
