Borrowing an idea previously stated during a council session by Town councillor Ross Batten, Mayor Bob Attersley offered a solution for use of the two derelict boats in Whitby's harbor during a recent Whitby Chamber of Com- merce meeting. Attersley said bath could be con- verted into boutiques and then towed out into Lake Ontario. "That will be Sunday shopping in Whitby," the mayor tald chamber members.
