On Monday night, Whitby council approved spending $5,000 te, prepare the specifications for work on the boards. Replacement is ex- pected te cost about $W00O. Work will involve increasing the radius of each corner se ice will freeze te the boards and the zam- boni can clean the corners. There will be replacement of boards and supports that have deteriorated over the years. For the past few months, the Town has hired a student te clear the corners because the zamboni has been unable te, reach them.
