STEAM SHOW On June 8 from noon tili 5 p.m., Pickering Museum Village will be holding its Steam Up and Opening with demnonstrations of gas and steam engines and farm machinery and the Invitational Meet o! the MeLaughlin-Buick: Club o!Canada. The museum is located on Hwy. 7, 3 km. east of Brock Rd. and there is lots of free parking., The village also features large pic- nic grounds on the banks o! Duffin's Creek. SPRING DANCE The Whitby Garrard Road Minor Lacrosse Association wilI hold a Spring Dance Saturday, May 31 ai the Masonic Hall on Cochrane St. Tickets are $20 per couple and there will be door prizes, a buffet and dise jockey.
