The topic of the meeting was family and consumers affairs. The convenor was Mrs. Dorothy Gregor. The secretary, Mrs. Acton presented-the minutes of the February meeting. She also read a letter fromn a pen pal institute "Seayrs Hall Brandi" secretary Betty Sharpley in Sussex England. It was decided to raise our branch fees to $5. A donationi will be made to the Ontario South Whitby-Oshawa Fair Board. Mrs. Aleta Campbell reported on the district executive meeting held in Brooklin. The district annual meeting to be held May 20 in Stouville. Plans for a June tea were discussed. Mrs. Gregor was in charge of the program. Articles on A.C.W.W. Water Project were read and Mrs. Campbell gave a talk on money management. A number of household hinth were discussed. Refreshments were served by Mrs. Noble and Mrs. Agustus. The April meeting will be held at the home of Mis. K. Hepburn on April 23 at 1:30 p.m. This will be the annual meeting, when of- ficers and convenors will present their annual reports. Visitors welcome.
