Contestants must be bet- ween the ages of 17 and 22 and reside in the area. Each entrant will be required to give a speech of her own choosing, answer a question extemporaneously and model in the fashion show, The winner will receive $250 in prize money, the two runners-up will each receive $125. AIl other contestants will also receive small cash awards for participat ing. The Pageant will take- place on June 5 but. the deadline for entrants is April 20.
