Many exciting programs have either been initiated or are in the planning stages. Last spring the Board of Management produced a high quality advertising vehicle known as the Downtown Directory which was distributed to 10,000 households in Whitby. This directory listed, by category, the businesses in the downtown, parking areas and their rates, important phone numbers, a history of the downtown and messages from the Mayor and B.I.A.
