Fazios has grown from a humble beginning to a fine eating establishment that will truly dazzle the diner. Perhaps the most noticable thing on either their lunch or din- ner menu is the wide variety of pasta dishes they offer. Everything from spaghetti napoli to ravioli alla Bolognese to tortellini alla panna graces the bill of fare. Fazios is also par- ticularly proud of their veal selections. Al are made with "top quality"' cuts of veal and include such regional delicacies as cotoletta alla Milanese as well as vitello alla parmigiana and scaloppine alla Romana. For those who prefer seafood, Fazios has many choice selec- tions including Alaska King crab, gamberi ai vîno bianco (shrimp in white wine sauce) and filet of sole.
