BABYTIME The Whitby Public Library will once again be offering its "Babytime" story hour program this fall. This eight week program is designed for children 10 to 29 months of age who are accom- panied by an adult. This program is designed to introduce children to the French language through stories, songs, games and crafts. Children will learn numbers, colors, and simple words and phrases. The fee for this program is $15 and registration will be ac- cepted beginning Sept. 10. BOOKBASH The Whitby Public Library will continue its "Bookbash" story program for children aged 20 to 35 months beginning Oct. 16.
