" Rod Nicholîs himself said, "The match was good and that the finals were diff icut. " He hopes to corne within the top ten at the OSSA Championship, which is to be held on April 24 and 26 in Toron- to. Everyone at Ander- son wishes Rod good luck in his forthcoming matches. Aside from their athletic ablities, An- derson students and staff have demonstrated other abilities in the en- tertainment field. "A-MAY-ZING" is the adjective that the An- derson students and staff use to describe their upcoring spring show. As the titie suggests, it will be a wonderful evening of entertaînment for both young and old. The show will include a variety of entertain- ment, including singing, theatre, and dancing. The small choir, Jazz Pizazz, intends on thrilling even the most critical musical ear with its debut. This will include a snappy Beach Boys medley. For those who prefer more con- temporary rock, the large choral group will impress you with selec- tions from "Farne". There will be small drama presentations, and dance routines put to music that will set toes tapping. Many local Anderson Collegiate will corne alive with the sounds of both music and laughter when its student body presents "A MAY ZING'85" on May 14 at 8 p.m. at the school. The evening wiIl be a collage of songs made famous by groups such as the Beach Boys, selections from "Fame" and skîts that deal with con- temporar teenage problems. Part of the fun will be "Pajama Party" that will be performed by these young ladies. In the top row are: Nike Gibeault, Nancy Haldane and Kirn Malanchuk.
