Gary Shewan has proposed to build three four-storey apartment buildings and one ten- storey apartment building on the site which currently bas no access road or pipe ser- vices. Short also noted the proposai included a smaîl commercial developaient. The area where these buildings are supposed to be built lie next to a ~subdivision where homes valued between $130,000 and $169,000 are currently under con- struction.
