Your editorial is the best I have read'on this matter to date and I cannot understand any thinking person refusing to incorporate the removal of snow fromn aIl sidewalks. Mayor Bob Attersley is absolutely correct in advocating this policy. Twvo machines and two operators would be suf- ficient to do all Whitby's sidewalks. Would it not be a more economic policy than to pay unemployment insuran- ce?
