Accordlng to a spokesman for the Durham Regional Police Force, the assaults took, place sometime during January of this year. Denis Joseph Bryan, 44, of Longmeadow Ores., Markham bas been charged with two counts of sexuai assault. He was released on a promise to appear in Whitby Provincial court on April 6. Bryan is aisocharged with the sexual assault of two juvenile female patients of the Whitby Arson s Arson is suspected af- ter a fire was put out in a boxcar that was stored at the Canadian Pacific rail siding just east of Myrtie Station last Sun- day afternoon. According to Whitby Deputy Fire Chief Tony VanDoieweerd, the fire was contained to the empty boxcar and easily put-out. Damnage Psychiatrie Hospital.
