However, a vacation on Tortola puts the visitor within easy accesof practically every water sport. We also jolned niany Englisb holiday makers on a -days ý outing to Boulogne in France. We boarded a ferry in Folkstone at 9:30 a.m and arrived in France in time for lunch. After which we strolled along the beach and then shopped. We, couldn't resist' buying some of the long french loaves, some local cheese and a few bottles of wine, which were half the cost of th e same wines bought in England. The crossing-- cost a mere seven poun- ds 50 pence and five pounda for children un- der 16 years. We arrived back in Folkstone at 8 p.m., tired but very ex- cited by our day trip to another country. Last, but not leas t, we must mntion the British. Pub. We had many of our lunches and some dinners in a variety 0 f Pubs.. Some were excellent, MIl gave good value. One which was outstanding was nestled in the Downs of Sussex.
