Thirty swimmers froin the Ajax club competed at the Provin- cial Championship meet held in Etobicoke this past weekend, placing second and winning enough points to move up witb the clubs swimming in the "A"P Division next year, the first club in this region to achieve this position. Ten-year-old Lori Melien won gold medals in five events she enter- ed, 400 Free, 200 Free, 200 Individual medley, 100 free and 100 back, setting three new Ont- ario records.
