So far some good things have hap- pened but this is only the beginming. *\**~. *~ ~Parkland by the marina and more slips added this year which must make about two hundred and six- ty. Also I love the lake even though it fails us at times as it has this year with cold water due to 50 many norhnorh-estornorth-est winds. When these WIN w inds blow, down goes the temperature of the water, sometimes fifteen or tweinty deies. I cannot think of any negative.things, none whatsoever. The parklands by the marina are developing wl and in time there wiil be much more. THere is a great bech west of the marina w ith sand and shade ~4trees. Just to the north of this area could be park- land with room for parking and access to the water- *~ ~-" front. A geod motel s and or hotel wiil be vital to the, health of this development. Ail sailors need a comfortable bed 0on oc- ~ .casion, a hot shower or tub and good'food., Meals on board ship, whether it be cruiser or a sailboat, can __ be wonderful, but you know the old adage, "a Z~.\>~.change is as good as ýa rest."
