In .a 1hearing before Justice of the Peace Frank Smith in the Ajax Provincial Court, attor- ney Barry Evans point- ed out that the bylaw passed by the Region of Durham said that speed, signs are to'be erected in 'accordance with the regulations set out un- der the Highway Traffic Act.
