Mrs. MacLean (fiee Dolly Booth) was a native of Belleville, Ontario, and came to Whitby in 1920: After graduation from the School of Nursing in 1923 she jolned the staff of the Ontario Hospital, and worked there Intermitt- ently until 1953. In 1926, she married Donald B. MacLean who was em-- ployed for many years as an attendant at the On- tario Hospital. Mrs. MacLean was a devoted member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Whitby. She and her family lived for some years in Port Whitby, and later at 915 Brook Street South. She.was prede- ceased by her husband in 1967. Since 1970, Mrs. MacLean had made her home with her daughter Mary Joan and son-in-law Ken Noble, in Mississau- ga, Ontario. She is also survived by four grand- children and two great grandchildren. A funeral service was conducted by The Rev. W.J.S. McClure of St. An- drews Presbyterian Chur- ch, Whitby, at the W.C.
