On May 5, Mental Heaith Durham will hold its annual meeting at the Kinsmen Community Centre, 109 Coîbourne Street West, Oshawa. The guest speaker wiil be Daphne Holland, the director of the Freedom from Fear Foundation. Her topic will be how to deal with fear. On May 8, the Hope Centre will hold an open house.
