Insp. David Fleming of the Durham Regionai Police said that the suspect, last seen ruhnnng east towards Thickson Road, had told the lone attendant that he was armed. 1The suspect was described as a white maie between 20 and 25 years of age and wearing' a jean jacket Flemin said. Anyone who may have in- formation about the crime is urged to contact the Durham Regional Police at 579-1520. Andrew Memorial Award'is new honor in memory of Anderson's first prinicpal who died earlier this year. Andrew wasj-rincipal of A.C.V.I. for il years from 1960, wheni the sehool opened, to 1971.
