Wash wings and pat dry. Combine Worcestershire sauce, cooking oul, lemon juice, poultry seasoning and sait. Stir weIl. Brush each wing with this mixture and roll in potato chips. Place the wings on the greased baking pan, and bake without tumning for 1 to 1 V2 hours or until tender. Yield: 4 servings. Drumnmers Paprika 2 Vi to 3 pounds turkey drumsticks. 2 tabiespoons cooking oul. 1 cup fineiy chopped onion. 1 tablespoon paprika. 1 teaspoon sait. 2 chicken bouilion cubes. 1 Vi cups water. V4 cup four. 1 cup sour cream. Wash drumsticks 'and pat dry. Brown drumsticks in a large frying pan with oil. Remove from pan and set to, one side. Add onions to pan and sauté until golden brown. Stir in paprika and sait. Add one cup of water and chicken boullion cubes. Stir until dissoived and return turkey to the pan. Cover and simmer 1 te 1 'A hours or untîl the turkey is tender. Remove the drumsticks and set to one side, keeping warm. Combine the flour with the remaining V/z cup of water and stir into pan juices. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until srnoothiy thickened and mixture comes to a boil. Stir in sour cream. Pour the sauce over the turkey and serve. Servlng Suggestion: Arrange the drumsticks on cooked egg noodies and then pour over the sauce.
