Missmng police plaque retured A citizen of Whitby did the Durham Regional Police a good turn last week by re- turning a plece of their pro- perty which he found in a hedge at his home. Steve Hilts of 914 Hutchin- son Drive found Oshawa's "Policeman of the Year" plaque, which until recently had been hanging on the wall of the lobby of the police headquarters at Oshawa. The plaque was awarded to the Oshawa Police Depart- ment prior to the formation of the regional force.
