If you like to play eucre, then on Friday February 10 at 8 - you have your chance to have fun. The Oddfellows are holding their Annual Eucre Party that niglit. There will be prizes and refreshments. Having read the excellent accounts in the' works of Stevenson, Hyde and oChers, one may still ponder the origfins, significance, and extent of Canadian involvernent in BSC operations, both here and abroad. It is our purpose in this brief summar>' to examine tlie record and establish unequivocal, substantive evidence of an e xtensive Canadian influence and contribution to the secret war. This summary lias been prepared using A Man Called Intrepid and The Quiet Canadian as a base and lias bee amplified by extensive interviews and investiga tion coniducted locally. . She capturned her gold medal on Saturday, Janaury 21 at, the Metro Toronto East Women's Quaiifying, Gymnastic Meet, in Scarborougli, Ontario. To get lier gold medal, Anne Marie, had to get the highest overaîl points. Events were; uneven parellel ba rs, balance beam, floor and vauit in tyro B. Ann Marie aiso won 2 flrst place ribbons scoring 7.90 on bars and 8.50 on.vault. She received'second place standing also, for an 8-63 on floor. It wasn't an easy task. She was competing against clubs, such as: West Scarborough Olympians, Westonettes, and Bayview - Seven . clubs in all. Congratulations, Anne Marie! And thanks to- -your coachMr. Leonid Crabovsky,of Russia an ex-gymnast himself.* The team feels if they are able to keep Mr. Grabovsky as' their, coach, they may be a 'part of our next Olyrnpic Team.
