A daughiter of John H-enry and Margaret Elizabeth Stiner Mrs. Kennedy was born Jan. 28, 1890 in York County, Ontar-io. As a resut of the better than expected operations of Ontario Hydro ini 1977, this utiity will be receiving an anti-inflation discount on bulk power purchased from Ontario Hydro during 1978. The exact amount of this discount wiII flot be kno;wn unlil early in 1978,but it is currently estimated that it wiIl reduce our total revenue requfrement by approxi- mately 4.7%. Your 'bIIs during 1978 based on metered consumption will refleet this special anti-inflation discount. The amount owing as indicated on your bih will be calculated by applying the applicable rates to your energy use and subtracting the anti-inflation discount. She is survived by -,one, neice, Mrs. J. J. Moskulak, of Whitby; and one nephew, Parel Barber, of Toronto. Mrs. Kennedy was pre- deceased by one brother, Corbett Stiner, and two sister, Mrs. R. A. Vernon (Matilda) and Mrs. E. A. Barber (Theresa). The funeral was held Dec. 17 at W. C. Town Funeral Chapel, with the. service con- ducted by Rev. J. A. Roney of Ail Saint's Church.
