The Kent Building, a two- storey office structure, was buit this year at a cost of nearly haif a million dollars by Katina Developments of West Hill. The principal owners and contractors of Katina Developments are Steve Wagner and Dominico Marcelli. The Kent Building has a total area of 12,500 square feet -of which more than 50 per cent is alreatly leased. Tenants on the first floor are Manchester Comrnunity Credit Union, Co-Operators Insurance Co., Gregory McConnell, chiropractor, and James P. A. Prentice, an optician. On the second fluor are Doctors Max Neiman and Uarry Weingarten, dentists, and IMA Financial Services, a mortgage brokerage firm. Two stores are still avail- able on the ground floor, one of 723 square feet and one of 944 square feet, and there is 3,000 square*feet available on the second floor. The campaign wilI be- carried out through payroll deductions this year; and not through door-to-door canvas- sing, says Chairman Frank Taylor.
