The members of the Board of Directors which runs the co-op are Mike Burgess of Whitby, President; Peter Trotscha of Toronto, Vice- President; Louis Redden of Oshawa, Treasurer; Louise Clarke of Toronto, Secretary and Dave Bahrynowski of Toronto, General Manager. The co-op is intended for famnilies- 48 units ranging in size froni 800 to 1130 square feet with one or two bedroomns, plus the flexibility of a den. Other features include landscaping with a courtyard and children's play area, private yards for the units with ground level access and balconies for the others, underground parking and above standard insulation for low heating costs.
