On Friday, the officiai opening ceremonies, and pre- entation of the Peter Perry .îward for the outstanding citizen of 1976 wiIl be held at Heydenshore Pavilion, starting at 7:30 p.m. Special entertainment willbe provided by Tom Kneebone and Dinah Christie. The saine evening, from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., the Canadian Scottish Club Pavilion will be open at Whitney Hall in the Iroquois Park Arena. Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. the driving skill test slalom race will be held at Iroquois Pzark by the Oshawa Motor Sport Club.
