He pointed out that in 1975 thie Legion's water bill was $1,910; in 1976 it was $2,050, plus $550, and in 1977 $701 has already been charged for water services only. This represents an increase of sorne $3 ,000 in water and sewer -rates he said. Mayor Jim Gartshore coin- mented that the figures should show an increase in school rates and. local tax reduction in 1976. He said the petition would be referred to the region, which is responsible for water and sewer charges.
