They defeated Darlene and Jim Wilson in straight sets 6-O and 6-2. In previous championship matches, Olive Schlatter downed Darlene Wilson for the ladies' singles title while Tony Reimer bested Steve Thwaites for the mens' sin- gles crown. Jim Wilson, tournamnent chairman, deserves much credit as he has set up the club's championship matches and tournaments almnost singlehandedly. The Whitby Tennis Club, in conjunction with the Whit- by YMCA, will hold a tourney fromn July 3 1 to August 4.
